The standard order quantity of regular customized models is 500 pieces, and small batch orders (100-500 pieces) can also be accepted, and only a small amount of plate-making fee is required. If you are a long-term cooperative customer, you can apply for a reduction in the plate-making fee for subsequent small batch orders.
It is mainly divided into 3 layers, 5 layers and 7 layers of corrugated cartons. The 3-layer corrugated bearing capacity is 5-15kg, which is suitable for e-commerce small items and daily necessities packaging; the 5-layer corrugated bearing capacity is 15-30kg, which is suitable for household appliances, auto parts, food boxes and other scenes with high protective requirements; the 7-layer corrugated bearing capacity is more than 30kg, which is suitable for industrial packaging such as heavy machinery and large furniture.
For regular customized orders, after confirming the design draft and advance payment, it can be delivered in 5-7 working days; the spot standard box can be sent on the same day. Urgent orders support priority production scheduling, and delivery is 2-3 working days at the earliest. The specifics can be negotiated according to the order quantity.
It can be printed, and it supports 1-8-color high-definition printing. The printing fee is calculated according to the number of colors, printing area and the number of orders. The plate-making fee is a one-time expense. If the design is not modified in the subsequent return order, there is no need to pay the plate-making fee repeatedly.
If you find that the carton is damaged when receiving the goods, please take photos on the spot and contact us. After verifying that it is a transportation or product quality problem, we will arrange a reissue or refund within 48 hours; if it is damaged due to improper storage, we can provide a low-priced replenishment plan.
There is a step-by-step wholesale discount for large quantities. The larger the order volume, the lower the unit price. The quotation standard is combined with the material grade, specification size, printing process and order quantity. After you provide specific needs, we can give an accurate quotation within 1 hour.
Blank samples of conventional materials can be provided free of charge, and the freight is paid on delivery; customized printing samples need to charge a small amount of plate-making and proofing fees. After the large order is completed, the proofing fee can be fully deducted from the payment, and the sample will be sent by SF Express by default.
Our cartons are made of environmentally friendly native cow card paper, which meets the national GB/T 6543-2008 standard. They can be directly recycled and reused, and there is no harmful gas emission from combustion, which can meet your green packaging needs.
It can be produced. We have a professional special-shaped structure design team, which can customize aircraft boxes, octagonal boxes, heaven and earth cover boxes and other special cartons, and can also make corrugated display boxes, supermarket stack heads, express buffer linings and other special products, and support drawing or sample customization.

We will carry out pressure resistance, break resistance, puncture strength and other tests for each batch of products, and we can provide customers with test reports for the corresponding batches free of charge.
